If you had REALIZE Band® or LAP-BAND® System surgery in another city or another country you may wish to stay closer to southern Oregon for your adjustments and obesity surgery follow up. In order to meet this need, we offer a REALIZE Band® or LAP-BAND® System Adjustment Program.
